LS500/5-XZG combined drawing and rolling machine is used to produce bare copper flat wire and other none-ferrous metal wire.It comprises of five step five die drawing machine. Each drawing step can run independently, either running together or shutting off specific part. Each drawing step applies inverter frequency control and its revolving speed can be changed according to process requirement. There are two rolling units in front of drawing machine. During the production of flat copper wire, the inlet copper wire rod will first be drawn by step 1 and 2 drawing cones, then flattened by middle 1- 2 rolling units, finally drawn into finished flat product by last 2-3 drawing cones.
