This machine is used to produce combined flat insulation tapped magnetic conductors. Its standard supply of foresees below: naked wire treatment equipment, 3 sets of tapping machines for three single wire, combined tapping machine for max 16 layers of insulation, pneumatic caterpillar system, electric control cabinet and other ancillary equipment. 

Biggest advantages of our tapping machine are fast revolving speed of patented 4LB head and lesser insulation break rate. The revolving speed of tapping head reaches 500-700rpm in production and thus it realizes actual max line speed between 15-20m/min. The lesser insulation break rate also greatly increases the capacity of machine. Our design foresees many improvements to increase the product quality such as pneumatic brake on each head. The insulated conductors produced by this machine are accepted by Siemens and ABB under strictest inspection.

	It can wrap the conductor using cable insulation paper, telephone paper, transformer paper, NOMEX material, etc. The thickness of insulation is 0.03~0.12mm, belt width at 8 ~ 30mm.
