This machine is used to tap various belt shape insulations over flat magnetic conductor. We provide patented 2L, 3L, 4LA, 4LB, 6L, and 8L tapping head for customer’s preference to tap layers of paper insulation over magnetic conductor. Here we introduce one standard double tapping machine for production of 8 layers of insulation.

 

Machine components: one machine for double line production, main machine is installed on separate frame, independent payoff & take-up, single line independent electric control, and double line shares one control cabinet and one electric cabinet installed independently outside. The lines are not related in any mechanic transmission or electric control except that they share one main frame.

Description on conductor wire:
1	Conductor basic parameter:
	Thickness: 1.00 ~ 6.00 mm       Width: 5.00 ~ 20.0 mm Single conductor section: 5.00 ~ 80.0 mm2
2	Use of insulation paper:
	It can tap conductor using cable insulation paper, telephone paper, transformer paper, NOMEX material, etc. The thickness of insulation is 30 ~ 125microns.
3	Insulation tapping layers:
	4 + 4, all together max 8 layers to lap in one time
4	Tapping method:
	It can realize open lapping, seam lapping, overlapping lapping and self-locking lapping.
5	Conductor finished dimension:
	Lapped product max dimension: 7.0 × 25.0 mm
6	Repeat lapping
	Paper insulated conductor can be lapped repeatedly to gain more insulation thickness, however the max dimension should not exceed 7.0 × 25.0 mm.
