We produce various vertical or horizontal tapping machines with one to many concentric tapping heads to realize one, two to many layers of insulations over single wire and bunched wire. Here we introduce one type of vertical double head double layer tapping machine. This machine is used to wrap insulation like PTFE film, polyimide, PTFE film and polyimide composite over packaged wire. It is designed for the production of conventional and special insulated wire package suitable for high-temperature using environment. This machine is easy to use by operator, economic in production, and has low material scrap rate.
